RETURNS & EXCHANGES
General Returns
Niko Lightings hopes that you will be completely satisfied with your order. We offer 100% refund (excluding shipping and handling costs) on unused stock merchandise. Note that we are unable to accept returns on special orders (items or styles not on our website). All items must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. All returns require and RMA(Return Merchant Authorization) number. An RMA number can be requested by calling our office. Be sure to include a description of the items you would like to return, the original order number, and the reason for return. The request for a RMA number must be recieved within 15 days of recieving the item and the return item must be recieved by our company within 10 days of the RMA number issuing date or we can not issue credit for the refund. Absolutely no refunds will be expected without an RMA number.
Defective Merchandise
All of our products have a two-year manufacturing warranty. Defective items will be replaced or exchanged with the warranty.
Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon arrival. If the merchandise was damaged during shipping, file a claim with the carrier immediately.
